Moles

A mole comes in a variety of shapes and colors. Most of them occur early in life, usually around 20 years of age, and could be a conseqencia exposure to direct sunlight. Those who have a brown or black and called moles are flat and most times the perfect candidates to be removed with a laser. The laser is very effective for removal of moles smooth, and can typically take up to three sessions before the procedure is completed successfully. The laser is very different from the rest of the surgical process, because there is no cutting involved. The beam of laser light seals off the blood vessels so that no blood appeared during the procedure. Depending on the size of flat mole removal treatment does not last very long, usually ending in just a few minutes.
The sensation you fell varies from one pulse to a lower pressure, and isvery similar to the one that comes when you grab a rubber band on the skin. Depending on the position, may be poorly visible or at most slightly uncomfortable, but that under no circumstances painful.
The laser treated area should not be exposed to the sun at all for a short time after the removal procedure, until it heals completely. The area will have a red and eventually will form a scab. The scab may take up to several weeks. It is recommended that you do not scratch the skin at all during those weeks.

What scares people with having laser treatment and the potential treatment that leaves a scar behind after the process was completed. Although in a process of consultation the doctor explains clearly the possibility of scarring after laser treatment, it is minimal and there should be nothing to worry about. And although it is true, there are cases every year of scarring in people who have been down this particular route.
